Refund Policy

Response For Life aims to offer tailored experience, service and support. Please read our entire Refund Policy clearly and contact us if support is required.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/ paid invoice or other proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

You may request a refund for unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (See exceptions below)

We do not accept opened personal care items or medical devices to be returned. Please read the entire policy to learn how to request a refund.

Due to the nature of medical devices and the safety of our clients wellbeing we are unable to offer refunds on medical devices (including defibrillators) where we have delivered goods in line with the ACC Consumer Guarantees. For example, changing your mind after purchase does not constitute for a refund.
Response For Life is a Registered Charity and has been built with the goodwill from our community. If we have not delivered our products or services as described please contact us as we aim to make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order error

Any claims for missing or incorrect items in your shipment must be made within 1 week of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement item if our error (incorrect or missing item shipped, damaged, etc.).

Damage or Defective

If the item you received is damaged or defective, we may request that you send the damaged/defective item back to us so we can inspect for quality. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective item until you have spoken with our customer care team. A shipping label will be provided if we suspect the item is damaged or defective.


Products supplied by Response For Life have manufacturer warranty. Please check individual products (e.g. defibrillators, first aid kits) for the specific length and details of the warranty. If you can not find the warranty details for the product you are after, please contact us and we’ll help you locate the necessary information.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or other reasonable method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
